PC & Mac — Steam

Loftia's first home is the PC. At Early Access on November 3, 2026 it launches on Steam, running on both Windows and Mac, and is playable with a controller or gamepad as well as keyboard and mouse. It ships in 14 languages: English, German, French, Simplified Chinese, Spanish (Spain and Latin America), Brazilian Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Italian, Indonesian, Russian, Thai and Turkish. The Early Access release is digital-only. Wishlisting on Steam is the easiest way to be notified the moment it goes live. Nothing stops you sketching a layout before then — our island layout planner runs in the browser, no account and no install.

Is Loftia on the Epic Games Store?

Two first-party sources published on the same day, September 20, 2026, say different things. Qloud Games' launch press release puts Epic in the launch: Loftia "will launch into Early Access on November 3 for PC and Mac, on Steam and Epic Games Store", and players "can wishlist Loftia now on Steam and Epic Games Store." The loftia.gg FAQ, rewritten alongside the release date announcement, names only Steam: "Upon initial release, Loftia will officially support Steam, for both Mac and PC."

The Epic store page itself is live, listing Loftia as an Early Access game for Windows and Mac, but as of September 26 it still says "Available 2026" rather than November 3. So Epic at launch is announced, not yet consistent. Between September 21 and 26 this page said Epic was not part of the launch, reading the FAQ alone; the press release outranks that omission. If you want the version every official source agrees on, that is Steam. We'll update this section when the FAQ or the Epic listing catches up.

Nintendo Switch

A Nintendo Switch version is confirmed — Qloud Games' own FAQ states that Switch "will come later", arriving after the November 3, 2026 PC Early Access launch rather than alongside it. The date announcement changed nothing here: the rewritten FAQ kept the same three-word promise and still attaches no date, so expect a gap between the PC launch and the console release. We track when Loftia actually comes out as first-party wording changes. Because Loftia is online-only, playing on Switch will require a Nintendo Switch Online membership, which Qloud Games puts at $20 a year in the US. A Switch 2 version has not been announced — treat any claim otherwise as speculation.

Is Loftia Coming to PS5?

Not announced. The developer hasn't confirmed any PlayStation 5 version of Loftia. Cozy life-sim MMOs do sometimes expand to PlayStation after launch — Palia, a similar game, added PS5 in 2025 — but that's general context, not a sign of Loftia's plans. For now, there's simply no official word, and we'll update this page if anything changes.

Is Loftia Coming to Xbox?

Not announced. There's no confirmed Xbox Series X/S version. As with PS5, a console release is possible somewhere down the line, but nothing has been stated. Treat any Xbox release date you see elsewhere as speculation until the developer says otherwise.

Steam Deck

Steam Deck is officially supported from day one. This changed with the September 20 FAQ rewrite: Loftia "will also support the Steam Deck upon Early Access launch", where the previous wording committed to nothing. If you saw this page — or anywhere else — say Deck support was unofficial, that was true and is now out of date.

One thing that hasn't landed yet is Valve's own Deck Verified rating, which is awarded by Valve after testing rather than claimed by the developer. Expect it around or after launch. Controller and gamepad support is separately confirmed for all platforms.

Is Loftia Coming to Mobile (iOS & Android)?

Not announced — and this got less certain in September 2026, not more. An earlier version of the Qloud Games FAQ named mobile, iOS and Android, among the platforms it aimed to support beyond the initial release. The FAQ rewritten on September 20 replaced that with a generic "we will aim to officially support additional platforms", naming nothing.

So the one specific thing that was ever said about a mobile version is no longer said anywhere first-party. That isn't a cancellation, and studios trim FAQs for all sorts of reasons — but there is now no announced version, no storefront listing and no mobile release date. Loftia is a PC game first. Don't plan on playing it from a phone.

Everything above reflects what's officially confirmed as of the last update. PS5 and Xbox have never been named by the developer, so they're marked unannounced rather than guessed — and mobile now sits in the same bucket. We'll revise this page when the developer shares more.

What platforms is Loftia on?

At Early Access on November 3, 2026, Loftia launches on Steam for PC and Mac, with official Steam Deck support and controller support from day one. Not confirmed. Qloud Games says cross-play is something it is "aiming for" and is researching and testing, but won't promise it. Separately, the FAQ notes you would need to buy the game on each platform you want to play it on.
