Qloud Games gave a clock time as well as a date: 1pm EST on November 3. The Steam store page carries the same timestamp, so Loftia unlocks at that moment rather than at Steam's usual 10am Pacific slot. Daylight saving has already ended in the US and Europe by November 3, so these are standard-time offsets and won't shift.

Asia-Pacific players get it on November 4 local time. Pre-registration is open at loftia.gg and carries exclusive cosmetic rewards — it is separate from a Steam wishlist, and neither one buys the game for you.
